Where can I find a person who is knowledgeable about Drupal for a start up company?
I’m with 12 people in a start up company and we’re trying to find ways to find a person good with Drupal or Joomla for our website. We can’t afford to spend too much right now, so some sort of partnership deal would work out. What is the best way to find a qualified person? Craigslist didn’t work out.

I have just discovered Joomla Web design software and find it wonderful, but am limited by the 3 templates it has. How can i use my own design as template?
